Story

At Train: 106, our mission is to empower young athletes with the skills, confidence, and training they need to excel in their chosen sports. We are committed to developing well-rounded athletes by building a strong foundation in the six core athletic skills—speed, agility, balance, coordination, strength, and conditioning—because we believe these fundamentals are the key to long-term success on the field or court.

 

Our programs are designed to enhance performance, reduce the risk of injury, and instill discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Through structured training, expert coaching, and a supportive environment, we help athletes unlock their full potential while fostering a love for competition and personal growth. At Train: 106, we don’t just train athletes—we develop confident, capable individuals prepared to perform at their highest level both in sports and in life.
